Orthopedic Surgery · Austin, TX
Surgery,
measured.
Ridgeline is an orthopedic group built on a simple discipline: plan precisely, operate conservatively, publish the outcomes. Joint replacement, sports medicine, and spine.

01 — Specialties
Three practices. One standard.
01
Joint Replacement
Hip and knee arthroplasty, planned to the millimeter. Robotic-assisted when it helps, conventional when it's better. Every implant sized against your CT, not a chart.
1,900+ primary and revision procedures
02
Sports Medicine
ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, cartilage restoration. Our benchmark is not the operation. It is the date you return to the field, and we publish how often we hit it.
Team physicians, two collegiate programs
03
Spine
Motion-preserving procedures first, fusion when the evidence says fusion. Forty percent of spine consultations here end with a recommendation not to operate. We consider that a result.
Fellowship-trained, outpatient-first
02 — Outcomes
We publish. Most don't.
Every number below is audited annually and reported whether it improves or not. Ask any practice for theirs. The pause tells you something.

03 — Method
The plan is the operation.
Before any incision, your case is planned on your imaging: alignment measured to a tenth of a degree, implant position rehearsed, the exit checklist written.
In the room, the plan runs like a flight plan. Deviations are logged and reviewed each Friday morning, as a group, with coffee and no egos.
04 — Surgeons
Three surgeons. No interchangeable parts.
Elena Marsh, MD
Joint Replacement
Fellowship: Hospital for Special Surgery. 14 years in practice. Publishes her revision rate annually, whether it flatters her or not.
David Okafor, MD
Sports Medicine
Fellowship: Andrews Institute. Former team physician, US Ski Team. Believes the best surgery is the one you rehab for.
Sarah Lindqvist, MD
Spine
Fellowship: Norton Leatherman Spine Center. Runs the practice's non-operative pathway. Says no to surgery more often than yes.
05 — Consultation
Bring your imaging.
We'll bring candor.
A consultation here is an hour, not eleven minutes. You leave with a plan — sometimes a surgical one, often not — and the data behind it either way.
